The modular office had to be against a wall that had many obstacles to avoid, so precision in the design was key. Also, along the way, Denton Vacuum found it very difficult to obtain the necessary permits from the local township. The Modular Office Company gave them the extra documentation and attention they needed to get the permits successfully at no extra cost.

In the end, Denton Vacuum was provided with 560 square feet of office space for personnel.
